We are located in Katongole Cell, Katovu Town Council, Lwengo District, Uganda – East Africa. This region, situated in the Masaka–Ankole dry corridor, faces prolonged droughts and high HIV/AIDS prevalence, leaving many widows, orphans, and vulnerable children in need of hope and support.

Hope Compassion Outreach Ministries International (HCOMI) was conceived through the Holy Spirit in 2014 by Rev. Enock and Keren Matsiko of Katovu Community Church. For over 25 years, the couple has served faithfully—spreading the gospel of Christ through evangelism, crusades, mentorship, discipleship, and community outreach. Their ministry also speaks boldly against child abuse, domestic violence, and all forms of exploitation, while promoting wealth creation and socio-economic transformation.

In 2018, HCOMI was officially registered and incorporated as a faith-based, not-for-profit Christian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with URSB. At Hope Compassion Outreach Ministries International, our mission is to advance the gospel, share God’s love, promote human rights and equality, and empower vulnerable children and families to overcome poverty and its related challenges — fostering holistic community transformation and creating a healthy world for everyone.
