Hope Compassion Outreach Ministries International (HCOMI) is a faith-based, not-for-profit Christian organization dedicated to transforming lives through the love of Christ. Founded by Rev. Enock and Keren Matsiko in 2014, HCOMI was born out of a divine vision to spread the gospel and uplift vulnerable communities in Uganda. For over two decades, the ministry has reached people through evangelism, mentorship, discipleship, and community service—bringing hope to the hopeless, restoring faith, and empowering individuals to live purposeful, Christ-centered lives.
Rooted in compassion and guided by integrity, we are committed to addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those we serve. Through our programs in child protection, education, health, food security, and economic empowerment, we aim to create lasting change and build self-reliant communities. At HCOMI, we believe that true transformation begins when faith meets action — and together, we can build a world where everyone experiences God’s love in both word and deed.

We spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through evangelism, missions, discipleship, and leadership training. Our goal is to nurture spiritually strong believers, plant churches, and establish Bible training centers that equip ministers with the truth and wisdom of God’s Word.
We stand for the safety and dignity of every child. HCOMI works with communities to fight against child abuse, neglect, and exploitation while promoting children’s rights and providing a safe, loving environment for them to thrive.
Through our education programs and Elohim Nursery & Primary School, we give children, youth, and women access to quality learning and life skills. We aim to build confident, knowledgeable, and self-reliant individuals.
